In some cases, we may be able to do a small probate called Summary Administration. Not every estate will qualify, but we can see if your matter can be handled by the small probate option
If you have a larger probate estate, then we can use Formal Administration. At times, Formal Administration may work well even for smaller estates, if we anticipate special matters that may require special attention.
